FAQs

Is the maximum cap of 500 Saving Points/month also applicable on the Points earned from purchases other than grocery (and other essentials)?

No there is no cap on the Saving Points that can be earned from other spends at the rate of 1 Point/Rs. 250 spent.

What is the validity of the Saving Points?

The Saving Points are valid for a period of 2 years from the date of accumulation.

If I spend Rs. 1,25,000 in 6 months will I get 6 PVR tickets and 1200 Reward Points?

You have to make a choice between the two.

Is the fuel surcharge waived?

No, the fuel surcharge is not waived. However, you do get Saving Points for spends at fuel stations (1 Point/Rs. 250).

Can I pay at any store using Saving Points?

No, you can pay only at partner merchants using your Saving Points.
